The Direct Debit

When I started this business, I wanted to change the way junior tennis coaching is offered. Most tennis clubs coach during the school term while I wanted to offer something on a rolling monthly basis instead. This business is new and in its infancy, things may well change in the future but for now, here is how it works:

• Coaching is on every week regardless of bank holidays or school holidays.

• If a session is cancelled due to wet weather, you’ll receive credit which you can use at any additional session at any time, this does not need to be used in the same week of the cancellation.

• The direct debit will run monthly unless cancelled by you, which you can do at any time.

• The prices may go up in the future, although your price, once purchased, will not change.

• The direct debit payment will be paused in August, the monthly payment will not go out of your account. Junior coaching will stop during this month although there will be lots of tennis camps on offer.

• The winter schedule will look different to the summer, we will also have some indoor options for the younger children during the colder months.

• You can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time, this would be in a case where your child would like to play either more times per week or less. More info on how to do this here.
