These sessions are a great way to start tennis if you have never played before as they involve hitting lots of tennis balls. For the same reason, they're also suitable for frequent tennis players as there is plenty of opportunity to practice your shots, all whilst improving your fitness

What is Cardio Tennis?
A fun, high-energy group fitness session on the tennis court. It combines tennis drills with cardio exercises to improve fitness while hitting loads of balls.
Do I need to be good at tennis?
Nope! Cardio Tennis is suitable for all levels — it's more about movement and fun than technique. You don’t even have to keep score.
What should I bring?
Wear sportswear and trainers. If you have a racket, bring it — if not, we’ll lend you one. Bring a bottle of water too!
Can I try it for free?
